Single rooms £40, stairs £40, hallway & landing £30, sofas £30 a seat, rugs £30 and mattresses from £40 by size, with a £60 minimum visit. Every price is fixed before we start, locked for 14 days, and you pay after the clean.
Walkable in 30–90 minutes. Full drying takes 2–4 hours depending on the pile and the weather, which still means walking on your carpets and living in the room the same day.
Yes, completely. The solutions are non-toxic and biodegradable, and as soon as everything is dry the rooms are back to normal for children and pets, allergy sufferers included.
Always. Every quote is free, there is no obligation to book, and the fixed price we give you is locked for 14 days while you decide, whether you asked by phone or through the form.
Two ways. Call 01268 225511 and you'll have your fixed price before you hang up, or send the form and we ring you back within 10 minutes during opening hours. Larger commercial jobs sometimes need a quick site visit first.

Yes. £5 million public liability plus employer's liability insurance, and every technician is trained, vetted and uniformed. Certificates are available on request.
Phone lines are open Monday to Saturday, 8am–5pm. Cleaning teams can work outside these hours for commercial contracts.

Yes, carefully. Wool carpets and antique rugs get gentle, fibre-safe handling, with dyes and fibres tested in a hidden spot first. If a piece isn't safe to wet clean, we say so.
