I’ve just moved into my new flat and the carpets were very pale cream and had a few stubborn stains in the main bedroom( make up) and rust from some dining room chair bases in the living room! I asked if these would come out and billy said he’d give it a Damn good go for me!

He was extremely polite, respectful of my property, very knowledgable and managed to get some very bad stains out of the carpet. The carpets smelt and looked lovely when he’d finished. Stain removal: your questions
How much does stain removal cost?
Stain removal is priced by the area treated, with the treatment included: rooms £40, a staircase £40, a hallway £20, a landing £20, with a £80 minimum visit. Your exact price is fixed up front, locked for 14 days, and you pay after the visit.
Can you remove all stains?
Most come out or fade significantly. Bleach spots, colour bleed and very old set-in marks are permanent, and we're honest upfront about which is which.
Is stain removal safe for my carpet?
Yes. We test fibre and colour in a hidden area before any treatment, and our solutions are gentle on wool, synthetics and delicate blends.
Do you offer emergency stain removal?
Yes. Fresh spills get priority booking, because they're far easier to remove than dried-in stains. The sooner you call, the better the result.
Do you treat just the stain, or the whole carpet?
The whole area. A treated patch on a tired carpet shows as a clean square, so we clean the full room, staircase or hallway the stain sits in and the mark disappears into an even finish.
Should I try to remove the stain myself before calling you?
Blot with a clean white cloth, but don't rub, scrub or apply heat. Rubbing pushes the stain deeper, and shop-bought removers often set it. If in doubt, just blot and call.
What if the stain doesn't come out?
We tell you straight what's achievable before we start, and if we say a stain will come out and it doesn't, we come back and re-clean it free under our 14-day guarantee.
Can you remove pet stains and urine odours?
Yes, it's a speciality. Enzyme treatments break down the crystals causing both the stain and the smell, so the odour is removed at the source, not masked.
Is professional stain removal worth it?
Yes, and usually cheaper than the mess DIY can make. Shop-bought removers often set a stain or leave a sticky residue that pulls in new dirt, whereas we identify the stain and test the treatment on a hidden spot first, so the right product goes on the first time and you only pay for an area once it works.
What types of stains can you remove?
Red wine, coffee, tea, food, pet urine, ink, makeup, mud, grease and unknown marks. Each stain type gets a matched treatment, identified before we start.
How quickly should I treat a fresh stain?
Straight away. A fresh red wine spill takes minutes to treat but can become permanent within 24–48 hours. Blot it, don't rub, and call us.
