Carpet tiles: cleaned in place, no uplift
Carpet tiles fail in lanes. The walkway between the door and the printer goes grey while tiles under the desks stay fresh, and visitors notice the contrast first. The whole floor is cleaned where it sits, with desks, cabling and raised-access flooring untouched, so an evening clean is under desks by morning.
Schools, nurseries & care homes
Our own trained staff do the work. Classrooms and corridors clean in the holidays or after the last bell. In care homes and surgeries we work room by room around residents and patients, and floors are usually walk-on dry in 30–90 minutes.
Hotels, pubs, restaurants & gyms
Guest-facing carpet takes spills, footfall and odours nightly. We clean overnight or between service, with stain & spot treatment and free deodorising included as standard, so the room smells right and looks right by opening.

How is commercial carpet cleaning priced?
Per square metre, in a free written quote. One-off and contract rates differ, and a minimum visit applies. Send floor areas, carpet type, access and timing through the form.
How long do commercial carpets take to dry?
Usually 30–90 minutes to walk on. It may still feel damp, and thick or natural fibres take longer to dry fully, so we agree when rooms reopen.
What areas do you cover?
Essex, London & Kent for business premises, from our base in Basildon. For homes we cover Essex & East London.
Do you offer regular contract cleaning?
Yes. Contract or one-off. Plenty of commercial carpets sit on a recurring schedule, and we’ll quote whatever frequency fits how hard your floors work, monthly communal areas to annual office deep cleans.
How does payment work?
Invoiced on completion, nothing up front. You see the finished floors first, then the invoice goes to whoever handles your accounts.

Do you provide RAMS and insurance documents?
Yes. RAMS on request for any site that needs them, £5M public liability cover sits behind every job, and both documents come over as soon as you ask.

Every job is carried out by our own trained team, which is why schools, nurseries, care homes and surgeries book us. We tell you in advance if anyone else will be attending.
