Rooms are £40 each, stairs £40, hallway and landing £30 (one or both count as one area), and the minimum visit is £80. Your exact price is fixed up front, locked for 14 days, and you pay after the clean.

Walk on your carpets in 30–90 minutes and use the room the same day. Wool and thicker piles take a little longer.

Most come out, including food, drink, mud and pet accidents. Pet urine gets an enzyme treatment that breaks down the crystals holding the smell, so the odour goes with the stain.

Steam cleaning (hot water extraction) pushes hot water deep into the fibres, then pulls it back out with the dirt. Dry cleaning uses chemical solvents with very little moisture. Hot water extraction cleans far deeper and is the method most carpet makers recommend.

Yes. Shampooing scrubs foam into the pile and leaves a sticky residue that attracts new dirt, which is why we don't use it. Hot water extraction rinses the fibres and pulls the dirt back out.
