FAQs
Stain removal in Rayleigh: your questions
How much does stain removal cost?
Stain removal is priced by the area treated, with the treatment included: rooms £40, a staircase £40, a hallway £20, a landing £20, with a £80 minimum visit. Your exact price is fixed up front, locked for 14 days, and you pay after the visit.
Do you cover all of Rayleigh?
Yes, all of SS6. We work in Rawreth and Hullbridge too.
I'm moving out of a rented house in Rayleigh. Can you help?
Yes. We clean the carpets before you hand the keys back and send you photos when we have finished, so you have a record for your landlord or agent.
Does Hullbridge cost more because it's further out?
No. Hullbridge and Rawreth pay exactly what the middle of Rayleigh does. Our prices are the same across everywhere we cover, with no surprise charges.
The stairs in our 1930s semi look really tired. Are they worth cleaning?
Usually. We test first and tell you honestly what will lift before we start. If the pile itself is worn out, we'll say so rather than sell you a clean.
